How do I apply for admission to Holy Trinity for my child?

Please fill out the online application form. Please review our admission procedures for screening/testing/shadow visits.

When are admissions decisions made?

Holy Trinity has a rolling admissions policy, which means that we accept applications on a year-round basis. Admissions decisions are made by an admissions committee. Please review our admission committee process for clarification.

Do siblings have priority consideration?

Does Holy Trinity offer financial assistance?

A limited amount of financial assistance is available through the Financial Assistance Endowment Fund. Financial assistance must be applied for annually and is available for Kindergarten through 8th grade. Application is made online through FACTS. Holy Trinity’s code is 2537.

How much does it cost to attend Holy Trinity?

The tuition fees are set annually by the Board of Trustees. Every effort is made to keep tuition at a reasonable level while providing a quality environment and education for every Holy Trinity student. Please view tuition fees here.

Do you have a before and after care program?

Yes. A variety of plans are offered for the convenience of our parents’ demanding schedules. Please view more information about our Extended Day program here.

Where do Holy Trinity students go to high school?

Our graduates are accepted to exceptional high schools. A significant number of our students receive academic and music scholarships.

Do you have transportation?

No. However, many of our families arrange carpools with one another.

What are the class sizes?

There are on average 21 students in each class from 5th to 8th grade. The Discovery program (3-year-olds) and the Explorer program (4-year-olds) have on average 15 students per class, while kindergarten to 4th grade have a maximum of 20 in each class.

Do you have Summer Camp?

Yes, our summer camp program runs from early June through mid August.

Is there a uniform code?

Students from kindergarten to 8th grade wear uniforms. Children in the preschool division must wear attire that is age and grade appropriate.

Do you hold Open Houses or personal tours?

Yes, we hold multiple open houses and tours: please refer to our Visit Holy Trinity page to register for our upcoming Open House or schedule a tour.

Is there a parent organization?

Yes, this organization is the HTSA and it is run by our wonderful parents. The organization’s role is to host community-building events for our families.
