Development Coordinator

 

Function

The Development Coordinator will have primary responsibility for assisting with programs and administrative tasks associated with the functions of fundraising, community engagement and the advancement of the school.  This full time, 12-month position, reports to the Director of Admission and Advancement.  *Also note, some weekends are required.  

Duties Include:

    • Plan, coordinate, and implement school-wide and/or division specific fundraising activities to support the Holy Trinity Annual Fund for Excellence
    • Make the ask to school constituents to philanthropically give to Holy Trinity Annual Fund for Excellence.
    • Plan, coordinate, and implement constituent engagement events to maintain Holy Trinity’s culture and the Learning Triangle. 
    • Enter/update donor and alumni donor records within Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge database.
    • Enter and submit grant requests for local government grant funding, Title II/Title IV.
    • Maintain the tasks of working with the school’s website host to ensure timely updates to the school’s website with videos, pictures, and content as decided upon by the Director of Admission & Advancement.
    • Collaborate with school administration to develop, post, and email school’s weekly newsletter.
    • Assist with editing/updating marketing and communication tools.
    • Maintain current mailing lists for school-wide constituents.
    • Answer development and engagement event inquiries.
    • Mail or email donor correspondence.
    • Work with Development Committee to assist with the creation of development committee schedule and monthly meeting minutes and donor reports.
    • Maintain office inventory of Advancement and Admission supplies.

 

Other Responsibilities:

    • Perform other work-related duties assigned by the Director of Admissions and Advancement.
    • Represent school mission, programs, and curriculum knowledgably and effectively.
    • Administratively operate the office when the Director of Admissions and Advancement is away.

High School Prep Substitute Positions (5-8)

 

Holy Trinity is seeking substitute teachers for the current school year. Substitutes are needed in High School Prep, grades 5 – 8, in all subject areas. Substitutes are responsible for delivering lesson plans left by teachers and monitoring students throughout the day.

Primary School Substitute Positions (1-4)

Holy Trinity is seeking substitute teachers for the 21-22 school year in Middle School grades 1-4, in all subject areas.  Substitutes are responsible for delivering lesson plans left by teachers and monitoring students throughout the day.

Daisy Lane School Substitute Positions (PS-K)

 

Holy Trinity’s Daisy Lane School (PS-K) seeking qualified candidates for the position of on-call Daily Subs in our Early Childhood classrooms for the 2020-2021 academic year. 

  • Enthusiasm for facilitating prepared lesson plans for students in our early childhood program and a creative can-do spirit are required. 
  • Candidates who have an educational background in the Early Childhood classroom and prior teaching experience is a must. 90 hour class and a BS/BA are highly suggested. 
  • CPR/First Aid training is a bonus
  • The ability to be flexible and “on-call” is imperative 
  • Excellent classroom management skills along with training in the Responsive Classroom model is great 
  • A true love for young children and a happy, kind attitude
  • Start Date is September onwards and pay is $100.00 per day
