INSTEAD OF UNITED WAY or COMBINED FEDERAL CAMPAIGN, FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO ESTABLISH A RECURRING DONATION

Just a reminder: Holy Trinity: An Episcopal School WILL NOT be participating in the 2019-2020 United Way and Combined Federal Campaign. 

Instead WE INVITE YOU to schedule a monthly recurring donation directly to Holy Trinity.  There are two secure electronic platforms that can be used to set up the recurring donation.   

Example:  Common United Way or CFC donation = $520 or $20/26 pay periods.
This is similar to $43/12 months = $516. We are asking you to schedule a $43 monthly donation using the following steps. 

TO SET UP A RECURRING DONATION, FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

Mobile Cause – Using your mobile device;

1. 1. Text HTEDS to the # 41444
   2. In reply text, click the link to go to the secure giving form
   3. Select an amount or click “Other” to enter a donation amount
   4. Under Make your gift recurring, Select
      1. Select One Time, Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly
      2. To select the day, the recurring donation will occur on the same day that you schedule the recurring donation. Example: I want the donation to occur on the 15th of every month; therefore, on the 15th of the month I need to set up the recurring donation
   5. Check the box “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions”
   6. Enter Contact and Payment Information
   7. Click “I’m not a robot”. Answer question for another security measure
   8. Click blue “Submit”

Mobile            I am interested in becoming a Hawks Club member with a $100 donation.

Cause             (September to June is 10 months x $10= $100). Using my mobile phone, I text

Example:       HTEDS to 41444.  I receive a reply text that includes a link.  I click the link and I’m taken to the secure giving form. I select “Other” and enter $10.  It’s the 15^th day of September and I select Monthly for my recurring donation.  Therefore, I know that on day 15 of each month my donation will be made.  I enter my Contact and Payment Information. Then check whether I would like to cover the payment processing fee.  Next, I click I’m not a robot and answer question to ensure security.  Then I click the blue “Submit” button.

TO CANCEL A RECURRING DONATION, FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

1. Call the Office of Development at 301-464-3215 x221
2. Email your cancellation request to the Office of Development at development@htrinity.org
3. Contact Mobile Cause directly at 866-976-7999, select 2 or email help@mobilecause.com
