The explorer children enjoyed a fun activity where they sang “Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer.” As they sang and danced, they kept the beat with special bells and read their classmates names.  When a child received the bells, he/she had to read the name of the next person to pass them to.  It was a quick activity that involved movement, music, and name recognition (early stages of reading).
