The teacher recommendation form is a confidential form to be given to your child’s teacher/school to complete. A requirement of the admissions process is that your child’s recommendation form needs to be returned directly to Admissions by your school. For each applying student, Holy Trinity School will need to receive a “Transcript and Recommendation Release Form” and “Student (Teacher) Recommendation Form(s).” The forms and the instructions for submission can be found by clicking the links below.
In accordance with the Governor’s guidelines and the AIMS recommendation, Holy Trinity has temporarily suspended on-site learning until April 24th. All Holy Trinity students from preschool to grade 8 will be engaged in an Online Learning Program (a combination of distance and virtual learning). Our faculty is offering innovative instruction as we encourage our students to be “The Best You”. Students should check the Portal regularly.
